Every batch is cooked to 74°C, then rapidly chilled using a two-stage cooling process approved by Fraser Health. Then flash-frozen at -18°C.

Order online. We deliver across Metro Vancouver, or arrange a convenient pickup. Reheat to 74°C and eat. That's it.
